We offer a high quality black Polybed trampoline with a wall/box attached. Do skills on the bed like a normal trampoline or bounce on your back and try to run up the wall. Doing the trampoline wall is a great exercise for developing coordination and core strength. Once you try it out you won’t be able to stop.
Steel City Parkour has a 16ft by 14ft above ground foam pit that is over 4ft deep. This is a great place to learn skills that involve over the head rotation. Do a trick off the trampoline, ledge, or horizontal bar. The foam pit is a safer way to practice, but does not completely remove the risk of injury. Our instructors will show participants the safest ways to enter a foam pit while performing various skills..
